Q: Why can't I refer to someone by their name or nickname?
A: This site is for social interaction - you should ask them for their name.
Q: Why didn't someone respond to my text message?
A: There could be a thousand reasons why. But don't be rude, and only text them but every other day – they should eventually respond.
Q: Can any other user see my email address when I text them?
A: No. All of your information, including your email address is hidden from all the other users.

If you click "Send Message" and nothing happens you are probably having problems with your XML parser engine built into Microsoft Windows.
